Introduction
Fake Call AI is operated by Sidane LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Fake Call AI mobile application and related services.
Fake Call AI creates simulated phone call experiences. The app does not place real phone calls, does not send SMS messages, and does not access your contacts.
Information We Collect
App functionality data
- Anonymous user ID: Used to manage credits, subscriptions, feature access, and app state.
- Purchase history: Used to grant credits, unlock scenario packs, validate subscriptions, and restore purchases.
- Caller and scenario settings: Caller names, selected presets, delay choices, and scenario preferences used to create your simulated call experience.
Audio data
When you start an AI voice call and grant microphone access, your voice audio is processed so the AI caller can respond. Microphone access is used only during active AI call sessions.
During an AI voice call, Fake Call AI may send microphone audio, call scenario, selected caller and voice settings, and conversation context needed to generate the AI response.
Camera and photos
Camera access is optional and used only if you choose to take a photo for a custom caller avatar. You may also choose an existing image from your device where supported. We do not use these images for advertising or tracking.
AI Voice Calls and Third-Party Processing
When you start an AI voice call, Fake Call AI may send microphone audio, call scenario, selected caller and voice settings, and conversation context needed to generate the AI response. This data is used only to provide the AI call experience.
- ElevenLabs: AI voice and conversation processing.
- LiveKit: Real-time audio transport during active AI calls.
- Firebase / Google Cloud: Authentication, purchase/account synchronization, backend processing, diagnostics, and service logging.
How We Use Information
- Provide simulated incoming calls and AI voice conversations.
- Create and personalize custom caller profiles.
- Maintain credit balances, premium access, subscriptions, and purchase restoration.
- Secure the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Improve app reliability and user experience.
Third-Party Services
Fake Call AI uses trusted service providers to operate core app functionality:
- Firebase / Google Cloud: Anonymous authentication, backend functions, account status, credit balance, diagnostics, service logging, and purchase synchronization.
- ElevenLabs: AI voice conversation processing for simulated calls and custom AI callers.
- LiveKit: Real-time audio transport during active AI calls.
- Apple StoreKit and App Store: In-app purchases, subscriptions, transaction verification, and restore purchases.
These providers process data according to their own privacy and security terms. We share only the information needed to provide the relevant app function.
Data Storage and Retention
- Local app preferences and caller settings may remain on your device until you delete them, reset the app, or uninstall the app.
- Anonymous account state, credit balances, subscription status, and purchase records may be retained as long as needed to provide the service and comply with platform requirements.
- Audio is processed for the AI call experience and is not sold or used by us for advertising.
Tracking and Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising tracking. Fake Call AI's privacy manifest declares no tracking domains.
Your Choices
- You can deny or revoke microphone and camera permissions in iOS Settings.
- You can delete local app data by removing the app from your device.
- You can restore or manage subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
- You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your anonymous account where applicable.
Children's Privacy
Fake Call AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
International Users
Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.
