Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Fake Call AI, operated by Sidane LLC. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service Description

Fake Call AI provides simulated incoming calls, AI voice conversations, caller customization, timers, and scenario-based practice tools. The app does not place real phone calls, contact emergency services, send SMS messages, or connect to your contacts.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fake Call AI to harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, mislead, or harm others. You are responsible for how you use simulated calls and AI-generated conversation outputs.

AI Output

AI conversations may be imperfect, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. Do not rely on AI callers for legal, medical, emergency, financial, or safety-critical advice. Fake Call AI is intended for simulation, practice, and personal convenience.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Credits, premium access, subscriptions, and scenario packs may be offered through Apple in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple. Subscription cancellation and refund requests are handled through your Apple ID and App Store settings, subject to Apple's policies.

Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. AI voice calls require network access and may be affected by third-party service availability.

Intellectual Property

Fake Call AI, including its design, branding, software, and content, is owned by Sidane LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sidane LLC disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
